What is the fee for therapy?
The standard fee is $185/session.
Does insurance cover the session fees?
I am a licensed mental health practitioner recognized by New York and New Jersey. This means that although I don’t accept insurance directly, the LMFT license is recognized by most insurance companies as an “out of network” provider. It would be worth a call to your insurance company to determine what your insurance plan covers for such providers. If your plan allows, I can provide you a paid invoice which you can then submit for reimbursement.
How do online sessions work?
Given today’s current world and the trend of working remotely, all sessions are held via the technology platform, ZOOM. We will communicate directly to decide the best day and time for your session. On the morning of that session, you will receive a ZOOM link via email. This link will then take you to a private, virtual “conference room” for your session. The only requirement of you is to create a free account with ZOOM before your first online session. I will take care of the rest!
